Job Description
We are seeking an Internal Medicine Physician for a 260-day assignment with our client in New York, starting Oct 12, 2026. This role involves a Monday through Friday schedule from 8am to 4:30pm, encompassing 36 clinical and 4 administrative hours weekly. The Physician will deliver comprehensive general primary and preventative care, focusing on the diagnosis and treatment of various diseases, managing an average of 20 patients daily, and collaborating with Advanced Practice Providers and support staff. Responsibilities and Duties Provide comprehensive general primary care and preventative medicine. Focus on the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of various diseases including hypertension, diabetes, geriatric care, COPD, and thyroid disease. Manage an average patient volume of 20 per day with office visits scheduled in 15 and 30 minute increments. Work Monday through Friday, with shift hours from 8am to 4:30pm, comprising 36 clinical hours and 4 administrative hours weekly. Collaborate effectively with two Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) and utilize office support staff, including a tenured LPN. Additional Information Board Certification in Internal Medicine is required. Experience with Epic EMR system.
