Job Description
(Physician/MD qualifications required) Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (Interventional Pain)

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients presenting with a variety of pain conditions.
- Deliver comprehensive care throughout the entire treatment process, including pre-procedure education, informed consent, and post-procedure monitoring.
- Execute advanced Interventional Pain and Spine Procedures with confidence.
- Achieve and maintain high clinical productivity standards.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experience in interventional pain management, particularly in pain and spine procedures.
- A clear and valid license to practice medicine in New York.
- Extensive knowledge of evidence-based practices and effective treatment planning.
- Familiarity with diverse patient and payer populations (Workers' compensation, personal injury, no-fault) is highly regarded.

- Meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- A compassionate bedside manner paired with outstanding communication abilities.
- An empathetic approach to patient interaction, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
- Basic computer proficiency and a sincere commitment to addressing urgent patient needs.
Education & Training Requirements:
- MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
- Fellowship training in Interventional Pain Management is preferred.
- Board certification or eligibility in Pain Medicine from recognized medical boards.
- A valid New York State medical license.
Physical Demands:
- The role requires extensive standing and walking.
- Capability to lift, position, push, and transfer patients, with a lifting capacity of up to 35 lbs.
Flexible Schedules:
- We offer both Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities to fit your lifestyle.
- Regular travel between Bushwick and Rego Park will be necessary.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive W2 Base Salary aligned with your skills and experience, accompanied by a rewarding productivity bonus.
- Starting salaries for full-time positions range from $300,000 to $350,000 annually.
- Part-time opportunities come with an attractive hourly rate plus bonuses.
