Job Description FlexStaff Primary Care Physician-FQHC-Community Center Are you a compassionate and dedicated Physician looking to provide vital healthcare services in a rewarding environment? FlexStaff is seeking a dynamic Primary Care Physician to join our client's team and deliver comprehensive medical care to adolescents and adults with IDD diagnosis criteria. Position:
Primary Care Physician Schedule:
Monday - Friday, Flexible hours, 35 hours per week
Salary Range:
$220,000 - $240,000
Report's To:
Chief Medical Officer Responsibilities:
Delivering comprehensive primary care to adolescents and adults Assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of medical conditions Prescribe medications and recommend treatment plans Conduct physical exams, order diagnostic tests, and interpret results Educate patients and families on health, prevention, and wellness Coordinate with specialists and other healthcare providers Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with regulations Engage in continuous professional development and community outreach Participate in on-call coverage and emergency response as needed
Qualifications:
Medical degree from an accredited institution Board Certification in Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, or Family Medicine NY State licensure required 24 CME credits every two years Healthcare Provider CPR/AED certification Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills Experience serving diverse populations, including those with intellectual and developmental disabilities, is a plus Join our client's community-focused organization that values your expertise and offers opportunities for professional growth.
