Job Description

Primary Care Physician Staten Island, NY She Recruits is partnering with a long-standing, community-focused health organization in Staten Island, NY to bring on a dedicated Primary Care Physician . This role offers an opportunity to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care while working in a supportive, collaborative environment.
Compensation & Schedule:
$170K $220k annually Full-time, outpatient (4 5 days per week, 40 hours)
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive primary care to a diverse patient panel in alignment with best practice standards. Conduct thorough patient evaluations, review medical histories, and maintain accurate electronic medical records. Manage and coordinate medical care for scheduled, walk-in, and referred patients. Collaborate closely with the care team, participating in daily huddles and case discussions. Engage in ongoing care planning for high-risk patients and provide appropriate referrals when needed. Ensure timely follow-up on abnormal test results or exam findings. Foster cultural sensitivity and patient-centered practices in all aspects of care.

Qualifications:
MD or DO from an accredited institution Active New York medical license and registration Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Primary Care specialty BLS certification required New grads welcome to apply
