Immediate Hiring | Family & General Practitioner (Physician) We are seeking experienced Family & General Practitioners to provide comprehensive medical care to our nation's veterans in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.

Location:

Oxford, NY 13830

Position:

Family & General Practitioner (Physician)

Schedule:

Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Day Shift)

On-Call:

24/7 coverage required when no provider is onsite Key Responsibilities Provide routine and as-needed medical evaluations for residents Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions Coordinate care with nursing leadership and interdisciplinary healthcare teams Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans Maintain accurate documentation in the facility's electronic medical record (EMR) system Participate in resident care planning meetings and quality improvement initiatives Ensure continuity of care through onsite and on-call medical coverage Collaborate closely with Department administration and clinical staff to deliver exceptional resident care Qualifications Licensed Physician with experience in Family Medicine or General Practice Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, geriatrics, or rehabilitation preferred Excellent communication, leadership, and collaborative skills Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care to our veteran population Why Join Us?
