Salary:

$350,000 - $400,000

Signing Bonus:

$60,000 - $70,000

Relocation Assistance:

Up to $15,000

Paid CME:

$4,000 annually

Licensing & Dues:

$2,000

Benefit Time:

240 hours per year

Malpractice Insurance:

Claims-made policy with $2.3 million per occurrence and $6.9 million aggregate, including tail coverage
