Otolaryngology (ENT) - Established General ENT Practice in the Finger Lakes Rochester Regional Health | Eastern Region (Clifton Springs, Canandaigua, Newark, NY) Opportunity Overview A high-volume, established general ENT practice in the Finger Lakes where physicians build full clinical and surgical practices quickly, work within a stable referral network, and maintain a sustainable call structure-all within a supportive integrated health system. This is a well-established community ENT practice (25+ years of patient access and referral growth) offering strong autonomy, modern infrastructure, and a predictable path to long-term practice success.
