Responsibilities:
Provide outpatient care for adults with autoimmune, inflammatory, and musculoskeletal conditions. Oversee and supervise the infusion suite, ensuring patient safety and treatment quality. Collaborate with primary care and specialty teams for coordinated, patient-centered care. Educate patients and families on managing chronic conditions. Support community health initiatives and improve access for underserved populations.
Schedule:
Full-time, Monday-Friday, with call as needed.
Qualifications:
MD or DO from an accredited institution. Board-certified or eligible in Rheumatology. Licensed to practice in New York State. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Community-focused care commitment. Experience supervising infusion services preferred.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary range: $250,000-$300,000, based on experience. Performance incentives, comprehensive health, dental, vision insurance, retirement plan, paid time off, CME allowance, malpractice coverage, loan assistance, and visa sponsorship.
