Position Highlights:

Call Requirements and Leadership Stipend :

Track 1

• $575,217 and $91,520 leadership stipend Onsite shifts
• 44 hours/week, 44 weeks
• 1,936 hours per year First call shifts per year: 1 in 8 weekday shifts
• 12 hours each 1 in 8 weekend day shifts
• 24 hours each 1 in 6 holidays
• 12 hours each Track 2
• $600,000 and $91,520 leadership stipend Onsite shifts
• 44 hours/week, 44 weeks
• 1,936 hours per year First call shifts per year: 1 in 5 weekday shifts
• 12 hours each 1 in 5 weekend day shifts
• 24 hours each 1 in 6 holidays
• 12 hours each

Additional Compensation:

Starting & Retention Bonus:

$100,000 (with 2-year claw back)

Chief Stipend:

$91,520 annually for 416 hours of administrative leadership Excess call and onsite shift compensation OB call compensation Quality incentive compensation (starting at 3rd anniversary)
