Provide inpatient hospital care during night shiftsAdmit patients from the emergency department and manage cross-coverage issuesCollaborate with nursing staff and subspecialty teamsNo procedures required; intensivist and specialist backup available7-on/7-off or flexible nocturnist scheduling

Qualifications:

Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine or Family MedicineEligible for New York medical licenseComfortable working independently during overnight shiftsStrong clinical and communication skills
