Summary We are seeking a Board Certified Pain Doctor to join our client's innovative team in Dayton, OH with a Partnership track and Ownership opportunity. In this role, you will play a critical part in improving patient outcomes through effective Interventional Pain Management and collaboration with healthcare professionals. Your expertise will contribute to our mission of enhancing processes within the healthcare sector. Compensation and Flexible Scheduling We offer various flexible scheduling options, including W2 or 1099. Competitive compensation Sign on Bonus and Relocation Assistance Responsibilities Perform procedures (e.g., fluoroscopically guided injections, spinal cord stimulation, radiofrequency ablation) Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physical therapists, pain specialists, and other providers. See new patients/follow ups and develop personalized treatment plans utilizing conservative and interventional approaches. Diagnose and develop treatment care plans for patients suffering from chronic or acute pain conditions. Perform physical exams, review medical histories, and order appropriate diagnostic testing to accurately develop comprehensive treatment plans. Prescribe pharmaceuticals, other medications, and treatment regimens as appropriate to the assessed medical conditions. Ensure patient regulatory compliance to the organization's Opioid and Toxicology Program. Administer interventional pain management techniques such as epidural steroid injections, nerve blocks, facet join injections, radiofrequency ablation and spinal cord stimulator trials and implants. Requirements ABPM Board Certified Strong patient service skills with a focus on safety and comfort. Experience working in Pain Management, Neuro, Ortho is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Strong leadership skills. Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Strong orientation to deadlines and details. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally. Be able to read, write, and speak fluent English. Strong PC skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Living and Working in
