Job Description

Location:
Bryan, Ohio Overview:
Join a hospital-based OB/GYN team to provide consistent, expert care for pregnant patients presenting to the hospital. Work collaboratively with local obstetricians to improve patient safety and satisfaction while maintaining a superior work/life balance.
Schedule & Compensation:
Full-time hospitalist position; typically 7-9, 24-hour shifts per month (≈21 days off per month) No on-call responsibility or office management Salary $300,000-$340,000 annually plus full benefits Flexible scheduling with potential for bonuses
Clinical Responsibilities:
Manage inpatient OB/GYN care and obstetric emergencies Provide consultative and hands-on care for laboring patients Coordinate with local obstetricians, nursing, and ancillary teams to ensure safe, timely care

Requirements:
