About the Clinician's Workday The neurosurgeon will provide hospital-based inpatient neurosurgical care for adult patients on a 24-hour shift and 24-hour call basis at an on-site facility in Lima, Ohio. Clinical responsibilities include managing a broad range of complex cranial, spinal, and trauma cases across assigned coverage periods. Surgical procedures may include aneurysm and tumor repair, shunt placement, intracranial hemorrhage and traumatic brain injury management, spinal fusion, laminectomy, and spine stabilization and reconstruction. Call coverage is a required component of this assignment.
