Design your own schedule:

choose from part-time, full-time, or a week-on/week-off schedule to achieve optimal work-life harmony. Base salary of $300,000/year for 40 hours per week, with potential total compensation up to $500,000/year, including productivity bonuses. Generous $50,000 signing bonus and options for loan repayment assistance. Relocation support up to $10,000 and $5,000 annual CME and board certification support. Practice Setting and Clinical Scope This practice offers a 100% outpatient setting with a focus on flexibility and patient-centered care. You will have the autonomy to select your patient mix and age group, working alongside a full spectrum of medical and surgical specialties. Choose between:

Part-time or full-time engagements with the option of 4-hour, 8-hour, 10-hour, or 12-hour shifts, 2-5 days a week.

Week on/week off schedule:

Monday to Thursday from 7 am to 7 pm, Friday from 7 am to 5 pm, with optional Saturday 4-hour shifts. Qualifications Board Certified or Board Eligible in Rheumatology, with eligibility within the last five years. Possession of an unrestricted medical license in Ohio or willingness to obtain one.
