Vascular Surgery Experience:
0-3 years ($500,000), 4-6 years ($550,000), 7+ years ($600,000)
Pay & Benefits Compensation:
Base salary starting at $500,000, with increases based on experience. Potential bonus up to $75,000 annually.
Sign-on Bonus:
$50,000 (one-time)
Relocation Stipend:
Up to $15,000

Weekly Pay Schedule:
Direct deposit What You'll Do Lead and develop a community-based vascular surgery program in partnership with The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center Provide advanced vascular procedures, including open and endovascular surgeries for aneurysms, carotid disease, limb salvage, and hemodialysis access Manage vascular conditions via medical therapy, lifestyle counseling, and non-surgical interventions Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams such as cardiology and interventional radiology Supervise APPs and contribute to program growth, including recruiting additional specialists Participate in teaching and training medical students, residents, and allied health professionals Opportunity to assume leadership roles based on experience and interest Maintain a patient-centered approach, providing education and counseling on treatments and disease prevention About the Assignment Join a leading healthcare provider in Findlay, Ohio, committed to high-quality, community-based vascular care.
