Family Medicine / Internal Medicine Primary Care Opportunity-Columbus Metro Area Optum $237,500 to $384,000 paid holidays, 401(k), relocation assistance Jul 31, 2026 Primary Care Physician Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Med-Peds American Health Network | Gahanna, Ohio American Health Network, part of the Optum family of businesses, is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Primary Care Physician to join our established and growing practice in Gahanna, Ohio, just outside Columbus. Flexible 4-day or 4.5-day workweek options
Outpatient Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Med-Peds practice

Primary Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients across the lifespan
Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
Collaborate with care coordinators, behavioral health professionals, pharmacists, and specialists
Participate in quality improvement and population health initiatives
Educate and empower patients to actively manage their health
Perform in-office procedures based on clinical interests and training, including:
Joint injections
Simple skin procedures
Fracture care
Women's health procedures
Maternity care (if desired)

Qualifications MD or DO
