Assignment Details:

Clinical Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care servicesEvaluate, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for patientsPerform physical exams and preventative careManage chronic and acute conditionsCoordinate care with specialists and other healthcare providersConduct virtual visits as appropriateParticipate in quality improvement initiativesMaintain accurate and timely documentation

Requirements:

MD or DOBoard Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family MedicineAbility to obtain an Ohio medical licenseStrong clinical and interpersonal skillsCommitment to patient-centered care
