What You'll Do:

Round on inpatient cardiothoracic surgery patients, including post-operative care Perform emergent and scheduled procedures, including CABG, thoracic, and vascular surgeries (vascular bonus NOT required) Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and support staff to deliver high-quality patient care Manage an average of 4-6 inpatient cases daily and 10-12 outpatient visits, including scheduled surgeries and follow-ups Actively participate in on-call rotations, managing emergent cases during assigned hours

Valid Ohio medical license and appropriate board certification Proven experience in cardiothoracic surgery (including CABG) Ability to perform complex surgical procedures and handle emergent cases Excellent communication and teamwork skills About the
