Locum Tenens Hospitalist Opportunity - Near Zanesville, OH We are seeking an experienced and board-certified Hospitalist for a locum tenens position near Zanesville, OH. This role involves providing care in a hospital setting with a focus on night shifts, although some day shifts are available. The ideal candidate will be flexible and open to working at two different sites. 7:00 AM 7:00 PM (2 APPs)

ICU Beds :

12 beds

Required Skills & Procedures:

Intubation :

Required, with assistance from Respiratory Therapists who are currently being trained to intubate all patients

Central Line Insertions :

Frequently required

Ventilator Management :

Required Preferred Procedures :

Chest tubes, lumbar punctures

Specialty Coverage:

Pulmonology :

Available Monday through Friday, with availability for evening and weekend calls

Other Specialties :

Surgery, orthopedics, cardiology, podiatry, ophthalmology, interventional radiology (paracentesis, thoracentesis, bone marrow, ports), PICC line nurse

in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine, or double boarded with

ABPS Experience :

Minimum of 2+ years of recent hospitalist experience

Procedural Logs :

Must provide logs from the last 12 months, reflecting central lines, intubations, and ventilator management

State License :

Ohio license required (IMLC not accepted)
