- IUD, Cystoscopy, Colposcopy, cryosurgery, LEEP, etc., Surgical gynecology
- , Open, Laparoscopic diagnostic/minor only
- tubal ligation, LOA's, chronal tubation, Operative/major (includes diagnostic)
