Job Description

The Kickapoo Tribal Health Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate full-time Psychiatrist to join our team. This position is scheduled for a maximum of forty (40) hours per week, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The clinic is closed on all Federal holidays, and there are no on-call duties required. The Psychiatrist will provide comprehensive psychiatric and behavioral health services to Kickapoo tribal members and other Native American individuals residing in our community. This includes the provision of care across the lifespan, addressing the mental health needs of adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics in an outpatient setting. In addition to clinical responsibilities, the Psychiatrist will provide supervision and clinical oversight to advanced practice providers within the behavioral health team. Performance of these duties supports the mission of the Kickapoo Tribal Health Center to ensure the highest quality of patient care in an economically sound, efficient, and culturally respectful manner. The Kickapoo Tribal Health Center is only 30 minutes east of the Oklahoma City metropolitan area and is only 20 minutes northwest from Shawnee, Oklahoma. Benefits (FULL-TIME
