Full Job Description Job Summary:
To provide interaction in the community and promote company services.Responsibilities:
Analyze the potential of the company's service area to determine target markets. Visit Doctor' offices, hospital discharge desks, Assisted Living facilities and other possible sources of referrals to present Agency credentials and obtain patient referrals. Analyze the company's organization to determine its strengths and weaknesses. Complete an analysis of the company's "product" line. Analyze patient/company relationships. Develop sales/marketing objectives and sales projections. Develop a marketing plan, identifying priorities and sets a reasonable timetable. Implement marketing plan staying within established timetable. Review and evaluate the analyses and plan on an established basis. Must be able to work independently without on-site supervision. In a timely manner submit a tally of mileage each day along with an honest and accurate timesheet.Additional Responsibilities:
Conforms to all applicable Agency policies and procedures. Performs related duties as assigned or requested. Assumes accountability for reporting incidents and complaint according to Agency policy. Possess adequate knowledge of Medicare and insuranceNecessities:
Must pass a criminal background check. Must pass a drug test. Must have the ability to fill out and turn in a time sheet in a timely manner. Must have respect and take care of company technology placed in your care.Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Advanced written and verbal communication skills. Organizational and time management skills. Ability to supervise in accordance with agency policies and applicable laws. Ability to respond to common inquires or complaints, regulatory agencies or members of the business community. Have friendly and cooperative attitude with patients, family and staff.Technology/Equipment Operation:
Must be able to interact with a computer to check email, assess training etc. Must be able to interact with a tablet for referral notifications and documentation.Job Conditions:
Must have a driver's license and be willing to drive to referral sources within 50-mile radius of the current TruHeart Office (2776 Washington Drive, Norman, OK 73069). The ability to communicate both verbally and in writing is required as frequent communication by telephone and in writing is involved. Physical activities will include walking, sitting, stooping, and standing and minimal to maximum lifting of job specific products/marketing materials etc. Environments may be less than ideal when it comes to cleanliness, comfort, or harmony. Be prepared to work in all kinds of surroundings with varying individuals.Information Management:
Has access to all patient medical records which may be discussed with the supervising nurse. Treats all information and data within the scope of the position with appropriate confidentiality and security regarding patients and business trade practices. Maintains patient rights and dignity through HIPPA compliance.Age Related Competencies:
Demonstrates the basic knowledge and skills necessary to identify age-specific patient needs and appropriate for this position.Risk Management:
Cooperates fully in all risk management activities and investigations. Keep abreast of changes in health care law. Maintains agency/program compliance with local, state and federal laws as well as state accreditation standards.Minimum Position Qualifications:
At least 1 year experience in marketing, nursing or social work interacting with health agencies/professionals.Training:

Current Oklahoma LPN license, CPR, drivers license & auto insuranceWork Attire:
Business Casual/Clinical Attire Environmental Conditions:
