Job Description

Anesthesiologist Full-Time Stillwater Medical Center Stillwater, Oklahoma Stillwater Medical is looking for a full-time Anesthesiologist to join our team. We offer an independent practice environment in a modern facility, along with a team that works well together and truly supports one another. Stillwater Medical has been named a national Best Place to Work in Healthcare for 14 years in a row. Our perioperative leadership team consists of surgeons and an anesthesiologist who are dedicated to maintaining a positive, high-quality work environment. This position offers a wide range of cases across our new Surgery and Perioperative Department, Ambulatory Surgery Center, and Women s Health Center. Our case mix includes OB, GYN, orthopedics, general surgery, urology, GI, cath lab procedures, ophthalmology, and ENT. We do not handle neurosurgery, cardiothoracic cases, high-risk OB, or high-risk pediatrics, which helps keep the focus on the areas we manage every day. You will perform your own cases with no CRNA supervision responsibilities. There s no juggling multiple rooms and no oversight duties just direct patient care and full clinical independence, with the support of a reliable team. Proficiency in regional and neuraxial techniques (epidurals, spinals, and peripheral nerve blocks) is important for this role. Call is shared evenly among all providers, with both first call and backup call rotating equally. Call is taken from home and has a low call-back rate. We cover all license and certification costs, and the position includes strong compensation, CME funds, and a generous time-off package. If you re looking for a place where you can practice independently, enjoy a positive workplace culture, and build a long-term career, we d be happy to talk with you.
