Relocation Allowance Paid state license, DEA and OBNDD license renewal Located off Interstate 40 just a short 16 miles from downtown Oklahoma City, INTEGRIS Health Canadian Valley Hospital consists of approximately 180,000 square feet and includes 57 private medical surgical rooms as well as a medical office building. The hospital has a 19-bed women's unit, 8-bed intensive care unit, 4 general surgery rooms, 2 endoscopy suites and a 15-bed outpatient procedure unit. The 18-bed emergency department is a level III facility, the highest in western Oklahoma. The Physician provides direct patient care. Oklahoma MD or DO license BE/BC The Physician responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Thoroughly evaluates and manages each patient appropriately and documents information completely by use of written notes or dictation on a timely basis Identifies relevant medical issues accurately and uses appropriate procedures and testing Completes and maintains problem list, medication list, disease management forms, preventative maintenance flow sheets and other medical record forms Participates in the quality improvement and medical management plans as directed by the Medical Operating Committee Provides direction to staff members for an efficient and smooth running team Ensures fiscal viability of the practice Complies with policies and procedures if applicable. The Physician is responsible for patients. This position may have additional or varied physical demand and/or respiratory fit test requirements. Moderate exposure to hazardous risks, including potential for exposure to infections and communicable diseases, blood and body fluids, electrical equipment, chemicals. Exposed to constant interruptions, noise, disagreeable odors, and assorted chemicals.
