Employee Wellness Program Primary Responsibilities:
- General outpatient family/internal medicine primary care
- Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to create individualized treatment plans for patients
- Caring for a wide range of patients

Required Qualifications:
- M.D. or D.O.
- Must be board certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Med-Peds
- Active Oregon Medical License or ability to obtain prior to employment
- Active DEA or ability to obtain prior to employment Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $237,500 - $384,000.
