This role is ideal for a clinician who enjoys mentoring, collaborative care, and helping shape pediatric services in a ruralmunity setting. Position Highlights Primarily outpatient practice with 3 flexible clinic days/week (8-hour shifts) 120-150 on-call days/year, supporting low-acuity birth center Opportunity to mentor primary care teams and help build out pediatric ER support Work closely with a collaborative care team including Integrated Behavioral Health Specialist, Social Worker, Diabetic Educator, Care Management RN, Palliative Care & Women's Health, Wound Care, Scribe Service (DAX) Compensation & Benefits

First Year Salary Guarantee:
