Physician / Family Practice

Northwest Primary Care is looking for an Family Practice Physician to join our team. You'll be part of a collaborative, value-based, and patient-centered care team made up of physicians, advanced practice clinicians, clinical pharmacist, case management, and an experienced clinical support team. Full-time at 1.0 FTE Monday - Friday, daytime hours, 4 days/week schedule Team-based care model supporting Internal Medicine ,Family Practice physicians, so the ideal candidate will be comfortable seeing pediatric patients and older adults Direct and indirect patient care (in-basket management) 1-year of post-graduate experience in a primary care setting strongly preferred Guaranteed salary Where You'll Live Portland is rich in character and culture, with strong neighborhood identities and community bonds that defy its population of 2.3 million.
