Job Description

An Oregon health system is seeking a Gastroenterologist to join a growing, hospital-employed group practice serving over 600,000 residents in Southern Oregon and Northern California. Step into a high-volume, well-supported practice anchored by a premier 378-bed Level II Trauma Center featuring a brand-new 350,000-square-foot patient tower.
Opportunity Highlights:
The Practice:
Join 2 physicians and 5 APPs in a modern clinic fully integrated with Epic EMR. The group plans to expand to 5+ physicians.
Clinical Volume:
High-volume environment averaging 400-500 procedures monthly and a robust 1,500-patient procedural backlog.
Schedule & Scope:
Outpatient heavy focus with a 1:1 MA-to-physician ratio. The hospital is fully equipped to support advanced endoscopy (ERCP/EUS), though it is not required.
Financial Package:
$665,000 base salary plus wRVU production incentives ($66.00/wRVU), a $75,000 sign-on bonus, an additional quality bonus, call pay, relocation assistance, loan repayment, and comprehensive benefits.
Candidate Qualifications:
MD or DO with board certification or eligibility in Gastroenterology. Open to practicing physicians and graduating fellows Eligible for an Oregon medical license. J1 and H1B visa sponsorship is available for qualified applicants. Located in the scenic Rogue Valley, Medford offers a mild, four-season Mediterranean climate surrounded by stunning mountain ranges.
