Job Description

Interventional Cardiologist - Flexible Block Schedule Join a collaborative team dedicated to excellence in cardiovascular care, committed to advancing patient outcomes, strengthening multidisciplinary partnerships, and serving the growing needs of the community.
Position Highlights:
Schedule:
Full-time equivalent (182.5 days/year) with a structured block schedule (7 days on/7 days off). 1-3 year contract. Where flexibility meets stability. Block scheduling gives you predictable time on and true time off.
Clinical Responsibilities:
Outpatient cardiology clinic Inpatient consults and rounding 24/7 call during block schedule Diagnostic & Interpretive Duties Diagnostic LHC/RHC (Coronary Angiography) Fractional Flow Reserve (FFR) Intravascular Ultrasound (IVUS) Echocardiography Transesophageal Echocardiography (TEE) Nuclear Cardiology Studies Holter/Event Monitor Interpretation (preferred) Vascular Ultrasound Interpretation (preferred) Peripheral Diagnostic Angiography (preferred) Procedures Diagnostic Cardiac Catheterization Coronary Intervention (PCI) Radial Access Procedures Cardioversion Temporary Pacemaker Placement Permanent Pacemaker Implantation (preferred) Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump (IABP) Placement and Management Impella Placement and Management Pericardiocentesis IVC Filter Placement and Retrieval Peripheral Intervention (preferred) Chronic Total Occlusion (CTO) Intervention Catheter-Directed Thrombolysis (EKOS) Mechanical Thrombectomy (Penumbra and similar thrombectomy systems)
Requirements:
