Ongoing:

Approximately one week per month

Typical Schedule:

Monday 7:00 AM Friday 5:00 PM Weekend coverage may be requested on some assignments 24-hour call while on service 30-minute response timeClinical Details Adult patient population Light outpatient clinic during the day Clinic hours: First patient: 8:30 AM Last scheduled patient: 3:30

PM Average Clinic Volume:

1525 patients per day

Average Call Volume:

14 calls per night APPs provide daytime inpatient rounding and consults Physician covers clinic and serves as the on-call urologist for inpatient needs

Level III Trauma Center EMR:

EpicRequirements Board Certified in Urology Active Pennsylvania medical license or

IMLC ACLS

certification DEA required Minimum of 2 years of experience Clean malpractice and background history required for expedited temporary privileges Must be available for the requested coverage datesCredentialing Approximately 90 days Full and Temporary privileges available"
