Family Medicine Physician

A well-established community health organization in Pennsylvania is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join its growing outpatient primary care team. Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services Manage acute and chronic medical conditions Perform preventative care and wellness visits Order and interpret diagnostic testing Maintain accurate documentation within the EMR Participate in care team collaboration and patient follow-up

Qualifications:

MD or DO degree required Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine Eligible for Pennsylvania medical licensure Active DEA registration or ability to obtain Community health or underserved population experience preferred but not required

Compensation & Benefits:
