We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Urology Physician to provide expert care to patients across multiple locations, including Chambersburg, Gettysburg, Waynesboro, and Fulton County Medical Center. The position involves 24-hour coverage shifts, supporting a diverse patient population with professional autonomy and a collaborative environment. Required Skills:

Board-certified or Board-eligible in Urology (BC or BE) Valid PA medical license DEA certification Proficiency in patient assessment, diagnosis, and management of urologic conditions Strong communication and patient interaction skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced hospital environment Experience with

EPIC EMR

Have Skills:

Prior experience in hospital-based urology practice Familiarity with multidisciplinary medical teams Additional certifications in urology-related procedures or specialties Comfortable handling phone consultations across multiple locations

Preferred Education and Experience:

MD or DO degree with completion of Urology residency Minimum of 2 years of post-residency clinical experience in urology preferred Prior PRN or on-call hospital coverage experience

Other Requirements:
