Job Description

Facility in Gettysburg, PA seeking Interventional Pain Management locums coverage
Rates:
$250/hr
Opportunity Highlights Start Date:
July 1, 2026.
Duration:
8-week initial assignment.
Schedule:
Monday Thursday 7:00 AM 4:00 PM (9-hour shifts).
Work-Life Balance:
No call, no weekends.
Practice Setting:
On-site clinic and procedural services (1 Physician/1 APP currently in practice).
EMR:
EPIC (Proficiency Required). Clinical Scope & Procedures The physician will manage a robust patient volume, alternating between diagnostic clinic visits and interventional procedural sessions.

Patient Population:
Adults (18+).
Special Procedures:
Trigger Point Injections (TPI), Peripheral Nerve Stimulation (PNS), Radiofrequency Ablation (RFA), Nerve Blocks (NB), and similar interventional pain procedures.
Special Equipment:
Proficient use of Ultrasound for guided procedures is required.
Provider Requirements Board Status:
Board Certified (BC) in Anesthesiology or PM&R with Pain Fellowship.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Interventional Pain Management.
Licensure:
Active Pennsylvania (PA) Medical License in hand (Required). No "willing to license" or IMLC candidates.
Certifications:
Active DEA (PA address required for registration) and Flu vaccine.
Documentation:
NPDB self-query dated within 6 months. Full disclosure of all malpractice history. 7 years of work history or list of last 10 assignments.
Credentialing Information Timeframe:
days.
Temporary Privileges:
Available only for "true urgent needs" and non-complex/clean files; must be approved at the start of the process.
Deadline:
Provider must be fully cleared 2 business days prior to the July 1st start date.
