Schedule:

Call 7a-7a Office 8a-4:30pm •

Practice Setting:

Inpatient, outpatient •

Types of Cases:

General Obstetrics and Gynecology cases •

Credentialing Timeframe:

90 days • Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Epic •

Certifications Required:

Must be Board Certified, must have Basic Life Support (BLS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), Drug Enforcement Administration License (DEA) •

Licensure Required:
