Join a collaborative neonatal care team as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP), Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP), Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), or Physician Assistant (PA) supporting an 18-bed newborn nursery at Evangelical Community Hospital. Enjoy exceptional work-life balance with 24-hour shifts averaging approximately two shifts per pay period. Provide comprehensive newborn care, including newborn rounding, admissions, patient assessments, care planning, triage, discharge education, and family-centered care. Attend deliveries and play an integral role in the care of healthy newborns from birth through discharge. Perform clinical procedures, including newborn circumcisions, while working alongside a supportive multidisciplinary team. Practice in a community hospital that welcomes approximately 650 births annually, offering meaningful clinical experience and continuity of care. Collaborate closely with physicians, nursing staff, and hospital teams to deliver evidence-based neonatal care.
