Location:

Pittsburgh, PA We are currently looking for a full-time Primary Care Physician to deliver patient-centered care at a community health center. The main focus of this role is to provide high-quality medical services across all ages while working closely with diverse teams to ensure coordinated care.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care, including diagnosis, treatment, and evaluation of acute and chronic conditions Conduct physical exams and preventative care services Order and interpret laboratory tests and imaging Prescribe medications and make referrals to specialists as necessary Perform in-office procedures within the scope of practice Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EHR Offer follow-up care and patient education Collaborate with behavioral health and other clinical teams Supervise and coordinate clinical support staff Participate in community health education initiatives Respond to medical emergencies within the clinical setting

Qualifications:

MD or DO from an accredited medical school Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Active Pennsylvania medical license (or ability to obtain) Experience in a community health or outpatient setting preferred Strong knowledge of clinical best practices, regulatory standards, and accreditation requirements Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond effectively in urgent situations Proficiency with EMR systems and general computer applications
