Responsibilities Conduct thorough medical evaluations and patient assessments Diagnose and treat urological conditions and diseases Perform surgical procedures as required Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records Educate patients and families on disease prevention and health management Participate in continuous medical education and training sessions Requirements MD/DO degree from an accredited medical school Current medical license to practice in the state of Pennsylvania Board certification or eligibility in Urology Strong clinical skills and knowledge of urological conditions Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proven ability to work within a team-oriented environment Commitment to providing high-quality patient care Prior experience in a clinical setting preferred but not mandatory Flexible clinic shifts Inpatient call coverage required Procedures required
