Seneca, PA Job Description:
A full-time opportunity is available for a General Orthopedic Surgeon to join an established, community-based practice supported by a large integrated healthcare system. This role offers the ability to provide comprehensive orthopedic care in a collaborative, team-oriented environment with strong referral volume and access to advanced resources. The position emphasizes work-life balance while maintaining a busy and rewarding clinical and surgical practice. Shift /
Schedule:
Full-time position Call schedule: 1:3 rotation Combination of clinic, surgical, and hospital responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Diagnose and treat a wide range of orthopedic conditions Perform general orthopedic surgical procedures, with optional focus on adult reconstruction Provide pre-operative and post-operative patient care Collaborate with orthopedic surgeons and advanced practice providers in clinic, hospital, and OR settings Utilize EMR systems for documentation and care coordination Participate in shared call coverage Maintain high standards of patient care and clinical outcomes Contribute to practice growth and quality improvement initiatives
Requirements:
MD or DO from an accredited medical school Completion of an accredited Orthopedic Surgery Residency Program Board Eligible or Board Certified in Orthopedic Surgery Fellowship training in adult reconstruction preferred but not required Ability to obtain an unrestricted Pennsylvania medical license DEA certification Open to experienced physicians and new graduates Strong commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork
