          24hr
          Call Callback:
          (4 hrs gratis) $390/hr 24hr
          Clinic/OR/Surgery:
          $4,285/day 24hr
          Call:
          $4,130/day 24hr
          Clinic/OR/Surgery Callback:
          (8 hrs gratis) $390/hr
          Orientation:
          $390/hr
          Hourly:
          $390/hr Schedule
          • 7-day call coverage (8:00 AM 8:00 AM)
          • One OR day each week (Monday or Tuesday, 7:00 AM 3:00 PM)
          • One clinic day each week (Wednesday, 8:00 AM 4:00 PM)
          • Approximately 4 call shifts per month
          • 30-minute response time for call Clinical Details
          • General Urology practice
          Patient Population:
          90% Adult, 10% Pediatric
            EMR:
            Epic
            • OR day: Approximately 8 hours (7:00 AM 3:00 PM)
            • Daily rounding: Approximately 1 hour
            • APPs manage daytime consults and rounding
            • Provider works independently
            • One clinic day per week is at a nearby outpatient clinic approximately 2 miles from the hospital Call Responsibilities
            • 24-hour call
            • In-house and telephone call coverage
            Average Admissions While On Call:
            1 Requirements
            • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
            • Residency trained
            • Active Pennsylvania license or willingness to obtain one
            • DEA required
            • BLS certification
            • Minimum of 3 years of experience Credentialing
            • Approximately 90 days
            • Emergency privileges available for qualified providers Additional Information
            • Coverage is needed as soon as possible.
            • Candidates should be submitted for both associated coverage locations, as providers will work at both sites.
