Job Description

We are seeking a Full-Time Obstetricsand Gynecology Physician to join a physician-led travel OB/GYN program based inWest Chester, PA. This unique opportunity combines locums-style compensationand flexibility with the stability of Full time employment and benefits,offering an exceptional work/life balance. Physicians in this roleprovide high-quality obstetric and gynecologic care for unassigned patients andrespond to OB/GYN emergencies across assigned hospitals within Pennsylvania,ensuring patient safety and continuity of care. This position is ideal forphysicians who are strong communicators, adaptable clinicians, and passionateabout advancing women's health.
Position Highlights:
Travel-based OB/GYN rolewithin Pennsylvania Minimum of five (7-9)24-hour shifts per month at assigned hospitals Approximately 21 days offper month Flexible scheduling withadvance notice Rates comparable to locumswith travel expenses fully covered Supportive, physician-ledmodel with a national network of OB colleagues
Compensation & Benefits:

Requirements:
MD or DO from an accreditedmedical school Completion of anACGME-accredited Obstetrics and Gynecology residency Board-Certified orBoard-Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology Active Pennsylvania medicallicense or eligibility for licensure Current DEA registration This role offers a rareopportunity to maintain clinical variety, schedule flexibility, and financialstability while enjoying the professional support of a nationwide OB/GYNphysician network.
