COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Base salary: $280,000-$350,000+ annually wRVU production bonus model $25,000 sign-on bonus $10,000 relocation assistance Comprehensive medical insurance 401(k) with 8% employer match 24 PTO days plus 9 paid holidays $5,000 CME allowance plus 5 CME days Student loan repayment eligibility up to $100,000 Full malpractice coverage
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide comprehensive obstetrical and gynecological care within outpatient and delivery setting Manage women's preventative care, prenatal care, deliveries, and gynecologic services Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to support high-quality patient outcomes Participate in mission-driven care initiatives serving underserved and diverse populations Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation utilizing Athena Practice EMR Support integrated women's health and community care initiatives

MD or
DO REQUIRED
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
REQUIRED
Active Washington medical license REQUIRED or ability to obtain Comfortable managing both obstetrics and gynecologic patient populations
