We are seeking a compassionate, adaptable, and motivated provider who is looking to grow within a fast-paced, evolving environment. Opportunity Description This provider will support facilities in the Alton, Edwardsville, Collinsville, and Belleville, IL areas. As a provider with Alteas Health, you will deliver specialty-focused care aligned to your assigned area (cardiology or pulmonary) within senior care facilities, managing a consistent patient volume while maintaining quality and efficiency. This role is ideal for a provider who is comfortable working in a structured, high-productivity environment and takes pride in staying organized, decisive, and clinically sharp throughout the day. What You'll Do Evaluate and manage acute, chronic, and episodic conditions Develop and implement patient-centered care plans Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic testing, including EKGs (cardiology) or spirometry (pulmonary) Prescribe medications and recommend appropriate interventions Educate patients and facility staff on treatment plans and disease management Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation Complete and oversee the patient consent process What You'll Get Competitive salary with gas allowance Monthly bonus opportunities tied to quality and productivity Structured mentoring and onboarding support Ongoing clinical and operational support Continuing education and licensure reimbursement
