Collaborating Physician Colton Healthcare Services Stafford, TX Job Details Part-time $900 a week 1 day ago Benefits Flexible schedule Qualifications Medical License Video conferences (communication methods) Full Job Description Colton Healthcare Services PLLC is a Nurse Practitioner-owned healthcare practice headquartered in Stafford, Texas. We provide telehealth and limited in-person healthcare services and are seeking a licensed physician to serve as a collaborating physician and clinical consultant in accordance with applicable state regulations. This position is ideal for a physician seeking a flexible, low-time-commitment opportunity while helping expand access to quality healthcare. About the Position The collaborating physician will work with the practice's Nurse Practitioner(s) as required by state law and professional standards. This is not a Medical Director position and does not involve management of daily business operations. Responsibilities Establish and maintain a collaborative/supervisory agreement as required by applicable state regulations Review and approve clinical protocols when required Be available by telephone, secure messaging, or video consultation for clinical questions Provide consultation for complex patient cases as needed Conduct chart reviews and quality assurance activities consistent with regulatory requirements Assist with referrals and care coordination when appropriate Qualifications Active, unrestricted MD or DO license in Texas and/or California Board certification or board eligibility preferred Experience in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Urgent Care, Emergency Medicine, or Primary Care preferred Telehealth experience is a plus Ability to collaborate effectively with advanced practice providers Time Commitment Approximately 1-4 hours per month Flexible schedule Fully remote administrative responsibilities Compensation Current compensation is $900.00/quarter for this fully remote agreement. This is NOT a medical director position.
