Primary Care Physician Opportunity Central Valley Community Health Network California Join a mission-driven, multi-county Federally Qualified Health Network serving diverse communities across Kern County, Kings County, Tulare County, and Fresno County. Practice in modern, state-of-the-art health centers offering integrated, whole-person care across medical, women s health, dental, behavioral health, pharmacy, chiropractic, optometry, and specialty services. All sites operate under a Patient-Centered Health Home model, ensuring coordinated, high-quality care for underserved populations throughout California s Central Valley. Position Highlights 100% outpatient primary care Monday Friday, 9:00 AM 5:00 PM Option for 4/10 schedule or part-time flexibility Light call: 1 week per quarter (from home)
