Radiology Consultants of Maine | Coastal Mid Coast Maine Radiology Consultants of Maine, a physician-led private practice, is seeking a General Radiologist to join a collaborative team supporting Mid Coast Hospital and Pen Bay Hospital. This opportunity offers a strong balance of compensation, flexibility, and lifestyle in one of New England's most desirable coastal regions.
Position Highlights Compensation:
$500,000 to $600,000 with additional earning potential Compensation structured at or near partner level from day oneVacation:
Up to 17 weeks with highly flexible schedulingFlexible Model:

Typically 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM No weeknight call responsibilities Weekend work: Limited, flexible, non-urgent case review Practice Environment Private, physician-led group of 6-7 radiologists Coverage across Mid Coast Hospital (Brunswick) and Pen Bay Hospital (Rockport) Broad case mix across all modalities, including PET Structured workflow with dedicated assignments for reading, procedures, and mammography Collaborative environment with flexibility to accommodate different clinical interests Candidate Profile Board Certified or Board Eligible in Radiology General Radiologist with interest in mammography and basic image-guided procedures preferred Open to new graduates and experienced physicians Primarily onsite role (approximately 75-80%) with some remote flexibility Location Mid Coast Maine offers a lifestyle that is increasingly hard to find, where your time outside of work is just as meaningful as the work itself.
