This is not a traditional associate physician or Medical Director position. We are looking for a physician who wants the opportunity to own, help lead, and grow an established practice rather than build a clinic from the ground up. Following the unexpected passing of our physician, the family chose to preserve the practice and its existing infrastructure rather than close the clinic. The incoming physician will step into an established operation with an existing patient base, experienced clinic management, administrative support, established workflows, website and SEO presence, and specialized treatment equipment.

Current and potential services include:

Enhanced External Counterpulsation (EECP) IV nutritional therapy and iron infusions Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) Physician consultations Nutritional supplementation/Fullscript Ozone therapy, if consistent with the physician's interests and clinical judgment Additional integrative services based on the physician's training and interests The physician-owner will maintain independent clinical authority while working collaboratively with experienced clinic management to rebuild patient volume and grow the practice. We are seeking someone interested in a long-term ownership opportunity , who is willing to be actively involved in the clinic Monday through Friday and either has experience with IV therapy and EECP or is willing to learn. New graduates are encouraged to apply. EECP experience is not required, and training can be provided. The proposed ownership structure is 51% physician / 49% existing ownership from the beginning of the relationship . The financial structure of the physician's ownership interest is open to discussion and may include a negotiated buy-in, participation in operating expenses, or another mutually agreeable arrangement. This is an opportunity for a physician who wants more than a job and is interested in helping shape and grow a practice they actually own.

Pay:

$100,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
