Adult Psychiatrist Employment Type:

Location:

Zyra Mental Health is an outpatient mental health clinic that is seeking an Adult Psychiatrist who values collaboration, balance, and patient-centered care. This is an opportunity to join a team that actively works to emphasize your clinical judgment, and treats providers as people, not productivity numbers. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assessments Diagnose and treat mental health conditions across 18-64-year-old adult patients with commercial insurance and strong, supportive social structures Develop and manage individualized treatment plans, including medication management, therapy, and lifestyle changes Provide psychotherapy and/or collaborate with therapists as part of an interdisciplinary team Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulations and practice policies Educate patients and families/caregivers (as needed) on diagnoses, medications, and treatment options Qualifications Board-certified, or Board-eligible, with the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN) Active and unrestricted State Medical Board of Ohio license, or willingness to obtain (licensure fees will be reimbursed) DEA license (or ability to obtain) Commitment to ethical, patient-centered, evidence-based mental health care Desire to work in a supportive, value-driven environment where you are responsible for clinical decision making. Experience in outpatient and telehealth settings preferred (but not required) What's On Offer High, very competitive compensation that is guaranteed, as well as generous performance incentives, without pressure to see an unsafe volume of patients.
