Medical Group is recruiting a BC/BE Primary Care Physician for our clinic in Breese, IL. HSHS Medical Group works in partnership with Hospital Sisters Health System. If you have a strong interest in Rural Medicine, consider joining the strong and expanding team in Breese. We are able to support both J1 and H1B Visa needs at this location.

Position Details:

• Well-established, growing practice
• Monday-Friday weekly schedule with an option of a 4 or 5-day work week

Position Requirements:

• Unrestricted Illinois license prior to start
• Board Certified or Board Eligible
• 2+ years of prior practicing experience is preferred, but not required Pay range: $320,106
• 390,656 (inclusive of family and internal medicine, based on experience).

Core Function:

Provider Education Qualifications Clinical doctorate is required. Experience Qualifications Competence in delivery of healthcare services for adolescents, adults and geriatric patients is required. Certifications, Licenses and Registrations Licensed physician in the state of practice is required. Basic Life Support (BLS) is required. Maintain a Controlled Substance license for the state and Federal DEA, when applicable to their specialty. Must have successfully completed, or in the process of completing, an accredited residency program. Must be board certified or board eligible.
