Favorable Call Schedule:

12 weekdays per week (5pm7am) + 12 weekends per month; call shared across team with defined coverage structure

Partnership Opportunities:

Partnership track with equal pay per day model and long-term earning potential up to $750K$1M+; opportunity to grow within an expanding IR service line

Compensation & Benefits :

Compensation:

$550,000 base (Year 1) increasing to $600,000 (Year 2) with partnership upside

Additional Bonus Incentives:

Optional wRVU-based compensation for additional reads/shifts (details to be confirmed)

Sign-On Bonus:

$40,000 $75,000+ sign-on bonus (flexible)

Qualifications :

Degree:

MD or DO Certifications:

Board Certified or Board Eligible in

Interventional Radiology Licensure:

Eligible for California medical licensure

Skillset:

Broad procedural competency including biopsies, drains, vascular interventions, and general IR procedures; comfort in high-volume environment preferred

Experience:

Open to experienced physicians and fellows
