DO POSITION OVERVIEW

Elevate Psychiatry is seeking an experienced Psychiatrist to join our exciting company. This position allows for the freedom of seeing patients independently while supervising our NP Team. The eventual hire will have the ability to see patients in an exciting environment, including access to services such as Spravato, TMS, and IOP/PHP.

Responsibilities include:

Provide supervision to a team of Nurse Practitioners (NPs) on a weekly basis (or more frequently as needed) in collaboration with the medical director. 36 hours of clinical time with protected lunch (average of 11 to 12 patients per day) 4 hours (one half day) of administrative time Documentation on each patient seen Orders for prescription medications, labs, and imaging when necessary Follow-up on patient portal messages, emails, and phone calls as necessary Qualifications expected: Florida state medical license Board certification Prior psychiatric experience Spanish bilingual a plus
